Dale has a BA from Messiah College and a Masters of Education from Shippensburg University. He taught school in Hershey, PA; Berlin, OH; and Orrville, OH.
He and his wife, Kathy, reside in Orrville. They have a son, Scott, who lives in Medina with his wife and two children.
